Not a good experience. I signed up, picked some books, set the special ordering button, and still got charged for all the shipping. Now I'm trying to cancel everything and its not working. Hope someone else has a better experience with this program, but I'm just glad I didn't pay for membership. You have to make sure the items you order qualify.
