Aside | Richard & Judy announce Summer Reads 2008

Into A Secret Place

My UK readers are probably well aquainted with Richard and Judy – but for those of you from across the pond they’re husband and wife tv presenters who have a book group as part of their weekly magazine show.

They release a new book list every six months – and feature a book each week on their show – usually with feedback from a celebrity or two and a book group.

I’ve discovered some fantastic books and authors through this ‘club’  so the list is always worth checking out. Here are Richard and Judy’s recommendation for Summer 2008 reads:

If you’ve already read any of these books before to post in the comments and help me narrow down the list of those I should read!

I read No Time for Goodbye and it was awesome. Unfortunately I read it before I had my blog so no review but it’s a great thriller that keeps you guessing till the end.

I want to say that my coworker read The Pirate’s Daughter and enjoyed it despite a slow beginning. I love summer reading lists–and this one looks like a good one!
